Plaintiff v. Tank Truck Carrier

Sedgwick obtained summary judgment for our client, a tank truck carrier company. Our client terminated plaintiff after he violated its express written policy. Plaintiff was denied unemployment benefits, so he sued to try to reverse the Texas Workforce Commission’s denial of the benefits. Sedgwick successfully persuaded the court to grant summary judgment.
