Sedgwick obtained a temporary injunction for our client, a television news station. A former employee sued our client alleging interference with prospective contractual relations. Sedgwick countersued for breach of employment contract as well as to enforce the noncompete agreement. The court granted the temporary injunction against the plaintiff.
