Former Employee v. Newspaper

Sedgwick obtained a summary judgment for our client, a Chinese language newspaper, and individual defendants in an employment and labor case venued in San Francisco Superior Court. The plaintiff was a former employee who alleged age discrimination and harassment against the supervisor, owner and company. The court dismissed all causes of action, including age discrimination and age harassment.
