Biography
Sarah Hills maintains a practice which focuses on insurance and reinsurance disputes. Ms Hills handles assignments in most classes of business with a particular emphasis on claims made under financial institutions, directors and officers and professional liability insurances in the UK and worldwide.

Ms Hills handles assignments in most classes of business with a particular emphasis on claims made under financial institutions, directors and officers and professional liability insurances in the UK and worldwide.
Ms Hills has handled a number of matters in the English High Court as well as numerous arbitrations governed by the English Arbitration Act and the Lloyd’s Arbitration Scheme. She has also represented several of her clients in mediations.
Memberships & Honors
Ms Hills is admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales. She is a member of ARIAS, the British Insurance Law Association and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS). She is noted in the Legal 500 guide to legal service providers as being “very detail oriented,” and as a key member of Sedgwick’s London team.
Presentations & Publications
Ms Hills regularly speaks at industry conferences on D&O issues and has spoken on English television’s Einstein Network Insurance Law Channel about current insurance and reinsurance issues. She has also written a number of articles on insurance and reinsurance topics which have been published in Sweet & Maxwell’s Insurance and Reinsurance Law Briefing and in Insurance Day.
