Sedgwick partner Anthony Anscombe was mentioned in the Law360 article "3rd Circ. Affirms Dismissal of L'Oreal Lipstick Action" for the successful representation of L'Oreal. A federal appeals court upheld the dismissal of a proposed consumer class action that accused L'Oreal of negligently manufacturing lipsticks that contained harmful amounts of lead.
