Sheyanne H. Bane handles products liability, specialty torts, and employment and labor cases involving wage and hour class actions for a wide array of service companies that provide everything from human resource outsourcing to life insurance and youth group management. She also defends private employers, public entities and non-profit corporations against claims of employment harassment and discrimination, and intentional torts committed by employees and volunteers. In addition, Ms. Bane defends manufacturers against complex, toxic tort and product liability claims stemming from exposure to asbestos-laden materials. She also has experience defending mass and catastrophic personal injury actions involving large commercial truck accidents, and outside of the courtroom, she has negotiated settlements and provided counsel at mediations and arbitrations.

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Ms. Bane is a member of the California State Bar and the Orange County Bar Association, and she actively participates in the OCBA Products Liability Section. She has worked on various pro bono cases, and for the past four years she has sat on the annual event planning committee of Girls Incorporated of Orange County, a nonprofit organization that seeks to empower underprivileged girls.
While attending law school, Ms. Bane was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review.
