Ms. Watson is a member for the Sedgwick's E-Discovery Task Force. She is also a member of Sedgwick Women’s Forum and Diversity committees.

She is admitted to practice in Maryland (1997) and District of Columbia (1998). Ms. Watson is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
She is a member of the National Bar Association and the DC Bar, E-Discovery Committee.
In addition to her pro bono work, Ms. Watson also has taught as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University’s Paralegal Certification Program. She also has been a featured panelist for Women in eDiscovery and speaker for the Houston Corporate Paralegal Association. Ms. Watson also mediates personal and community disputes.
