Timothy D. Kevane’s practice primarily focuses on complex insurance coverage disputes involving commercial property and casualty insurance, professional indemnity, aerospace, media and errors and omissions policies. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
Mr. Kevane authored an article on manufacturers’ liability for warranty claims handling in California entitled “The Song Beverly Act from a Manufacturer’s Perspective,” published in the Los Angeles Lawyer (February 2004). He is also the author of “Fair Use in Jackson vs. MPI Home Video: Why Bother?”, published in the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Journal (1990). Mr. Kevane was the recipient of the Barristers President’s Award from the Los Angeles County Bar Association in 2002.
While attending law school, he served as an articles editor for the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Journal.
