Travis S. Gamble primarily concentrates his trial practice in the areas of complex civil litigation with an emphasis in personal injury, products liability, construction and traffic control litigation, motor carrier and premises liability cases. Mr. Gamble also represents product manufacturers, highway construction contractors, medical care providers and other businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters ranging from catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases to routine business and contractual disputes.

As an experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Gamble has represented clients on a regional and national basis, including cases in California, Mississippi, Ohio in addition to his home state of Texas, and routinely coordinates litigation matters for his clients in the United States and abroad.

Memberships & Honors
Mr. Gamble is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association and, in particular, its tort and insurance practice section. Within the ABA, he currently serves as co-editor of its nationally distributed automotive newsletter which requires him to solicit and author articles on a wide variety of trial and automotive products liability issues.
He has been regularly recognized by his peers as one of the top 2% of young lawyers under the age of forty in Texas, earning him recognition as a “Texas Rising Star” within the legal industry by Texas Monthly magazine.

Mr. Gamble earned his J.D. (1997) from the Baylor University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Gamble was a regular member of the Dean’s List, Order of Barristers and Baylor University's nationally regarded Mock Trial Team. He earned a B.B.A. (1992) in marketing and real estate from Baylor University.
