Tristan Hall is an insurance and reinsurance lawyer who specialises in advising in relation to claims made in the UK and worldwide under a wide range of commercial insurance policies including financial lines and casualty insurances.
Many of the claims Mr Hall is instructed in relation to are made outside the UK and he has significant experience working with specialist lawyers and loss adjusters in foreign jurisdictions. Mr Hall also regularly assists insurers and intermediaries in insurance policy wording reviews and new product development.
