Victoria Collman Brown’s practice focuses on representing insurers in complex business litigation involving breach of contract, unfair competition, and other business conduct claims, as well as the defense of complex consumer class actions. She has represented insurer clients in cases alleging violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law, in matters involving the regulation of insurance rates, and in litigation challenging pricing and underwriting practices. Ms. Brown also has represented a pharmaceutical company in pharmaceutical products liability actions. Ms. Brown has appeared before the California administratve, trial and appellate courts.

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Her community and volunteer involvement includes pro bono service for the San Mateo County Legal Aid Election Protection and the East Alto Community Law Project. She also served as a liason and facilitator for the 2007 San Francisco Congress of the Mouvenent Jeune Notoriat, the premier professional organization of French Notaires, a specialized branch of the French legal profession.
