Founded in 2011, Sedgwick’s Washington, D.C. office focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on product liability, environmental, commercial tort and regulatory matters.  The trial attorneys in the office handle high-stakes litigation, including individual suits and class actions, from the initial complaint through trial and appeal. They also serve as national trial counsel, coordinating counsel and MDL counsel to clients across the country and around the globe.
