Founded in 2011, Sedgwick’s Washington, D.C. office focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on product liability, environmental, commercial tort and regulatory matters. The trial attorneys in the office handle high-stakes litigation, including individual suits and class actions, from the initial complaint through trial and appeal.
